In india u can buy justice. U can do the most sinful crime, murder, rape etc. and u can buy justice, instead of punishing u, they will sing your praise, for the money u pay. No crime is too great, that u cannot pay your way through.
Rules exist, but it is only for the poor. Sometimes the poor are punished even for the crime they did not commit. The rich can buy justice, a clean chit, for a price.

See rich can influence law maker indirectly.... though its not very obvious and things are done under the cover. And if one is to look into the working attitude of officials of various services towards rich and poor u can see the stark difference. Cos a person who is rich he may know some influential person so he can get the officer who is treating him not nicely suspended or my be discriminated later for promotions etc. Another may be when a rich guy breaks the rule, it can be ignored cos he has money to cover it up. But the same thing done by any person who is poor that can be a reason for the police officials to add another medal in their record book so they highlight such cases. so its all about what is beneficial for them. Its not just in India, under the covers it is also prevalent in America. If u see closely bush can be a biggest example just to hide his Monika lovinski case he attacked a nation so things are same everywhere.
