Have no information for Card, the nearest I have is Cardew from 'black fort' Old Welsh; place in Cumberland.
Gunter 'battle army' Germanic. Observed largely in Berks-Glos
Donaldson Donald is 'world mighty' Scots Gaelic. Donaldson the son of Donald; 97th commonest surname in Scotland in 1958.

Gunter is German origin and Donaldson is scottish ( son of Donald) can't help you with the othewr one.

GUNTER = GERMAN
CARD = WELSH
DONALDSON : NEARLY ALL NAMES WİTH SON AT THE END İS FROM THE NORDIC ( DANİSH, SWEDİSH ETC.)
