can any one tell me after sperm going inside how long does it take to concieve?

Fertilization can occur within a few hours, but can take up to 6 days, depending on the conditions. Implantation can occur a few days after fertilization occurs. The first occurs in the fallopian tube, the second in the uterus so it takes a few days for the ovum to travel to the uterus.

sperm can live inside a woman body for up to 6 days however once a egg is released it must be fertilized within 12-24 hours.
