I had Road Runner a cable company, I changed to Verizon Fios Files, I have an e-mail account with Road...read?

Runner, I want to take that off, but it is not in my computer where you can remove it. Now I have Verizon e-mail, but when I tried to attach a file to my e-mail Road Runner comes up. How can I get rid of the Road Runner e-mail? Please help, I am really computer illiterate.
