I one of my fish tanks all filled with guppies ,now i am noticing that they are all loosing coulours and male fins are like being torn.
what ,might be the problem? they are all eating regularly and having fry!

It sound like they are way over crowded to me. This would cause ammonia problems as well and fin nipping. You need to thin them out very soon and the remaining one's will recover.
It could be fin rot as the poster above said, but I would bet on over crowding first in this situation. Furanase is the best cure for fin rot.

i think you have the same thing i have with my baby guppies. does it look like the back end of your fish is dead? if so then its fin rot. according to my sources you need to get furanace

may be its tap water . tap water is chlorinated this might be the reason. will the tank with fresh well water .
other wise put some salt to the tank
u may have results

bad water and they probably attackin each other if you got too many in there. how many n wat size tank? otherwise fin rot.
