It's really hard.
I would try this way:
2+10x=x+30x
2=21x
x=2/21

2/5x + 2= 1/5+6
=> (2x+10)/5 = (1+30)/5
=> 2x+10 = 31
=> 2x = 31-10
=> x = 21/2
=> x = 11.5
your answer is 11.5

2/5x=1/5+6-2=4+1/5
Now multiply by 5x:
2=20x+x
21x=2
x=10.5

Assume question should read as :-
(2/5).x + 2 = 1/5 + 6
2x + 10 = 1 + 30
2x = 21
x = 21/2

this is qute simple
2/5 = .4
1/5 = .2
so
.4X + 2 = .2 + 6
subtract 2 from both sides and you get
.4X = 4.2
divide both sides by .4 and you get
X = 10.5
