Here are a few tip for you::::::::::::: soak in luke warm water water careful not to stress her to much.soak a dish or body towel in warm water ring it out and carefuly rap her up in the towel. youcan also use a qtip with luke warm water on it to try to remove the eye cap...alittle babyoil will work to just becareful. To avoid this next time you need to regulate the heat and humidity in your snakes enclouser. balls are from africa and need heat and humidity to live 80-90degrees for basking,75-77degrees for a cold spot and ambeit air temp humidity 70-90% Tanks with screened lids is hard to control this but can be done by cutting a peice of cardboard out and sealing some of it off so the heat will hold.I have a temp gage and a gage for humidity baught at Meijer or any pet store. do for get to use a heat lamp on a timer and use a heat pad under the tank a large bowl of fresh water daily .Balls are nocturnial so I run my tap water on hot fill her dish and let the steam travel trough out the tank.a few sprays from a mist bottel will work to. I also give Sid my ball a luke warm bath once a month just be sure u dry the snake off well and keep them warm.I live in Michigan and its cold here Sid lives in a 55 gal tank comfortable.....Here is a site every ball owner needs::::::::::its called a Troubleshooting guide to ballpythons by Ken Felsman book mark it its handy to have....Good luck and enjoy your snake they'er awsome.

It's shedding. I had a Boa and the same thing happened. They shed the skin over their eyes, so they can't see well and might think you are food or a threat to them. Give it time, or put it in the bath tub for a little while with warm water, let it swim around, thats good for them anyway. Might want to call a petshop that has a lot of reptiles, they should have someone working there with knowledge of snakes.
Try this place:
Rainbow Pets 847/301-9600
They're pretty good

It sounds like she has retained caps and/or she may be dehydrated. Soak her for about 20 minutes in lukewarm water. I'd recommend that you place her in a tupperware type of container and place the container in her cage while soaking because the water gets cool pretty fast otherwise.
Check the eyecaps after she sheds to make sure they came off. If not, place her in a soaking wet and warm pillowcase. Tie the top and place that in her cage for 1-2 hours. The moisture and action of her moving around should remove any stuck shed that is left. If not, you can gently place some scotch tape over her eyes and gently pull off the retained caps.
Good luck!

It sounds like you don't have enough humidity in her tank and she wasn't able to shed properly. When was the last time she shed? Did shed in one piece or in a bunch of small pieces? If she retained her eyecaps after her last shed, try soaking her for a while in lukewarm water and then GENTLY use a Q-tip to brush them off.
You should try to increase the humidity in the tank to prevent this happening in the future. www.kingsnake.ca and www.snakes.ca are both excellent sites with lots of information on different reptiles. Good luck.

I am assuming you have been to the library and read all the books you can find on Python problems and health issues.
Try getting in touch with your closest largest zoo. Find out who's in charge of snakes and if you can email a picture of your snakes face. They may have had some experience with this problem. Be ready to tell all the basics about your snake, like age, diet, size, sex, last shed, and when you noticed the eye problem first. Good Luck!
