Who among you guys wants a remake of Final Fantasy 7?

i personally do think FF7 is the best RPG ever made! i sure want a remake of it!

what about you guys? would you want a remake of it? if you do, then it wouldn't hurt if you'd say why right? but if you don't, then just say leave some of your reasons.

that's a petition i wrote that asks that no remake is made.

the reason i wrote it is because i like final fantasy. by default, that includes hating the games that started the downfall of good RPGs. FFVII is one of the reasons that RPGs are nothing near as good as they used to be. it showed the world that you can take a mediocre local story, violate copyright laws, and put it into a game where the main focus was on the graphics, which were superb at the time, and call it an rpg.

this spawned trash such as the game "legend of dragoon"

I want a remake too......
I loved the game so much and I loved the movie...
after I have seen Advent children...I felt bad when I started playing the game again on PS1because of the graphics......

peoples that haven't played FF VII but seen the movie would be shocked with the difference of graphics

I think they should remake it ...the same story ...but with more side stories and much better graphics...I think that It would be great if cloud's look in the remake is the same of Advent children....and the game is like if you were playing Prince of Persia...but with cloud fighting and that stuff...

I would pay a lot to be one of the first that would play FF VII remake on PS3.....

I think that squir Enix are remaking it....in the DVD2 of the special edition...someone of the company said that it's just a matter of time before they would make FF VII for PS3

Oh...and I would really want a continua for the story ...even after Dirge of Cerberus....maby FF VII-2...with the same characters...I would really feel bad if Advent children would be the last time I would see Cloud and his gang...and even shin-re and sephiroth

For the info FF7 remake is going to come out for the ps3 i don't know when but square enix is remaking it because of ff7 advent children. A lot of people who did not play ff7 (because its so old) watched advent children and complained to square enix to remake ff7 for them

I want a remake Because I felt that the game is fantastic.
Despite some peoples griping I think the materia system is one of the best. This leveling up have the same effect as leveling up the characters.

Yes as a die hard fan of ff7 i want it to be remade but as long as the only thing they change is the graphics they could as impossible as it seems make they game suck if they change it too much.
