Question? When you look at her from the top of the tank, can you tell if her scales are sticking out (kinda looks like a pine cone), or are they flat against her body like normal?

If they are sticking out like a pine cone, she has dropsy (it is basically kidney failure). I went through this with my female Betta, and I kept her alive for 4 weeks with this condition. You can try to treat her with salt, Kayaplex, Epsom Salt treatments and frequent water changes(this may not save her, but will make her more comfortable until she passes). If she is showing the signs, ck out this forum under "hospital"...it gives a pretty detailed description of what I did. It may help. To post, you will have to join (free and easy), but you my have to wait to have the post approved...to many spammers on there...sorry. If you email me your user name, I will let one of the Admins know you are ok.

Look in hospital under "Not sure if it is Bloat"

Hopefully she is just pregnant, but just in case.

Good Luck!

Mollies need to face upwards whenever they're pregnant.. other wise it could cause them to suffocate as their gills are pressured by the wight in their abdomens.. i suggest you remove her into pond water or get a disinfectant form the shops.. She's sick.. :.(
