No if there will be it will be mid or late 2008-09 if not then it will not be out
If there is it would be on this site so some how I do not believe that guy who posted above me.
This site covers form past to the beginning of 2008. I always follow it go get my games.
They even cover games that are (Rumored) to come out until it is confirmed if they are or not coming out.
It also tells you what system it is coming out for and the only listed for The Sims 2: Seasons until beginning 2008 is only for PC.

Yes it will i am a producer of the sims games and there will be a sims 2 on ps2 in the early summer.
