Congrats to you and your daughter! I too am expecting my child in July :)
Morgan Thomas, I like. I knew a boy in school named Morgan and no he didn't get teased.
Katie Ann is cute too.

Naming a child is a matter of personal taste, but since you asked I like Katie Ann but a I don't care for Morgan for a boy. I went to school with a boy named Morgan and he got teased (practically daily) and picked on alot and thus became somewhat of a hermit (yes, as a kid) and was withdrawn. But then again Morgan Freeman doesn't seem to mind his name.
Might also want to consider how the names sound togther with the last name.

I love Katie Ann but actually prefer Thomas Morgan to Morgan Thomas I think. She will know what suits the baby when he or she is born. Congrats on becoming a Granny.

Katie Ann sounds so old fashion, how about Caitlyn, similar but a little different too.
I don't like boy's name at all. I don't care for names that can be changed to nick names. EX Thomas/Tommy, and Morgan is being used a lot for girls now. My son has 3 girls in his class named Morgan.

I like the names but I think they could be improved:
Thomas Morgan (too many people associate the name Morgan as a feminine name these days)
Kate Elizabeth or Kate Elizabeth Ann or Kate Ann-Louise or Kate Ann-Marie or Kate Felicity (if she really wants to use the name Ann as the middle name).
What about Katelyn Ann? Then her nickname can be Katie, Kate, Lyn etc
I personally love the name Kate as a 1st name and Isabella or Louise as a middle name.
Kate Isabella
Kate Louise

I knew a Morgan a long time ago, she seemed to like it for a girls name. So that damages my perception of it ever being a boy's name.
Katie Ann, that's a safe name. Nothing is wrong with Katie Ann.

Katie ann is an ok name for a girl.....
but I feel sorry for the boy when he has to go to school with a name like Morgan....... anyone I've ever know to have that name was a girl...... yeah, I'm sure you probably do know some guys with that name..... so go ahead and ask them if they were teased in school about it.
