My dear friend Govt. Jobs are meant for lazy people, why do you waste time in waiting for govt. Jobs rather take up any job that come in your way, do it with dedication, take the challanging things in your life, you will flourish.
More over you have already crossed 30 years, the chances of getting Govt. Jobs is very much remote, unless you belong to the reserved catogery like physically handicapped or if you belong to backward communities

You're over 21 and almost all governments in the world Will let you APPLY for a government job today! Whether you will get one or not depends on your qualifications and experience as well as those of the other candidates applying for that same job.
You may have very good qualifications and experience (for your age) but if another candidate has better ones, he or she will get the job. Nothing is guaranteed: not in government nor in business. You'll have to compete for it!
