The trick behind reducing flabs quickly is less input and more output. That is less food intake and more exercise. I know majority of us are lazy to exercise so I suggest running.

Remember walking is only meant for oldies. Experts won't tell you this because they wanna make their money.
If your extremely unfit start off by leisurely jogging for 30 mins/day for 6 days/week. Gradually increase to 1 hr as you get fitter. You have to sweat to lose the flabs. At the same time you must force yourself to eat less than what you used to.

As you get stronger you can slowly introduce other exercises.

Eating 5 to 6 small meals a day...substituting romaine lettuce leafs instead of white bread helps a lot as well...and always...usual exercise. Jog for 30mins...split it in 1/2...15mins walk...15mins jog..then cool down.

avoid any pills

I may suggest... eat light meal as small meal 4-6 times a day

avoid any sugary, oil/grease, saturated fat, and transfat.

if you go to market super-wholesale, please buy any bulk vegetables, and fruit they save your money a lot.

if you have one pack of salad at 6 dollars. you may divide 5 small of them, so you can eat them per one day, it really save your money a lot.

and do not forget to do light exercise. if you are a guy, you can join women aerobic exercise room... you will feel great and refresh when you are around them.

try a gentle exercse and eat plenty of fruit dont eat any fatty or fried foods try a little swimming if you can swim
