The top gets satisfaction as most men do, hopefully I don't need to explain how that is. As for the bottom, they get satisfaction through their prostrate being stimulated. And yes, homosexuality/bisexuality is defnitely not a choice.

first off, not all sex between men is anal and secondly, most gay and bi men who have sexual encounters with men make sure that both of them are "taken care of" and yes, the receiver gets alot out of being penetrated because of the direct stimulation of the prostate and they can orgasm from being penetrated.
