I have 60K in CC bills! Got Scammed. Do I claim BK or Use a CC consolidation Company? I work real hard. HElp!?

make about 45K a year, minimum payment on all cards are 2500 per month. credit 720 Fico. Any Suggestions??

yeah...stop spending. cut up the cards now!!!!

Then look into a debt consolidation loan. you can stretch that out over ten years.
