It depends on what kind of job you are looking for. You may need to prove that you have a special skill not available in Germany, but the employer can take care of that if they are gnuinely interested in hiring you.
I worked there for 10 years. 5 years in Nuremburg, 3 in Berlin and 2 in Munich. Its a great place to be an employee and to live.
