Hi
Albumin is water-soluble protein in
eggs white, blood, lymph.
It is the main protein in the blood
It is not vitamin supplement

Since it is a protein, we can't take it by oral because there are some proteases enzyme in our digestive system which break it down before being absorbed to our circulatory system( blood).

I hope these info answer your question

Egg yolk which can be infected by the Avian flu. Cook your eggs thoroughly and don't buy the organic ones. Ask for 'well-done eggs' at restaurants.

Now if you would like a Vitamin D-rich supplement with protein, milk will provide this. For Vitamin A and D, use margarine such as Parkay on bagels and English muffins. For iron, try eating whole grains, spinach, dried mango, dried apricots, raisins, hamburgers, broccoli, lentils, chickpeas, couscous and nuts.

It's just egg white! If it's in a capsule, it has been dried and powdered.
You're better off just eating fresh eggs.
