If in the universe like some stars disappeared and some become new we may say creation process is still going on.
for my opinion in universe gravitation does not change. only Its density changes.
So we can say all materials in the universe are in a balance.

Have nice day .

Current scientific evidence points to a universe with finite mass and energy. If it is an open universe then at some point everything will come to a standstill. when the temperature of the universe reaches absolute 0 (-273 Celsius) all motion will stop. If it is a closed universe expansion will stop and we will head for the big Crunch.
The whole point of a constant is that it does not change at all.
π is always the same regardless of the size of the circle.
The last part is metaphysical. Our laws of physics were born at the Planck Era ( I don't remember exactly but it's something close to 1to the minus 83 of a second.) What happened before that our physics can not handle as they fall apart.(that's the whole point of the GUT theory). It is possible that if an other singularity destabilizes it will produce a different set of rules. Nobody knows there is no answer to this.

The universe is in a state of continuous creation, also when it reaches a maximum size it will begin to go out of existence.
the point of creation may already have stopped.
The point of creation and the beginning of it's demise are not relevant to each other.
Equations are an invention of mathematicians to try to explain observed phenomena.
The rules that orchestrated the evolution the universe were present with the first space-time pulse the launched this universe.

You must take into consideration that a lot of things we experience are relative... We made the equations and they work until shown otherwise. Due to conservation of mass/matter and energy one would have to come to the answer no. We don't have anything we never had before, it is all just converted back and forth.

The universe appears to have operated under the same set of rules since its start. It does not appear to be continuously created. Rather, it started at one instant and all the rules of physics came into being at that point in time.
