A lot of people care about others whom they dont ever know. That is compassion. if you want to know does the person secretly like you, its possible. Some people will hide their true feelings for a number of different reasons. If it would be an unacceptable relationship, in the social or family views. if either person is in another commitment, or sometimes even if the person is shy, or doesn't think that you would ever like them. Many reasons for these behaviors.

yes, im young but i care of this guy who is such a rocker! (he really listens to rock music and plays the guitar)
idk if i love him but i see him 1-3 times a week i met him coz my busmate introduced me to him and he is sooo good

yes. It is possible. She may treat you like a friend or perhaps, even a crush, although you don't know her well. She can just treat you normally.
