Depends. First its not wise since most fish aquarium can't accomadate a turtle. A turtle needs somewhereto rest and dry their shell. They also need a place to get some sun and you need a sun lamp to hekp him warm up. That would encourage algae. Most tanks can't accomadate a reasonable size turtle. I would suspect you got an illegal one. Turtle in the US must be the size of a hand or larger to be sold. Most turtles will eat fish too. THe smaller ones need protein. THe adult red ear slider turns into a vegetarians though.

While its a baby maybe it could. But you'll need to have a platform for the turtle to rest on which is almost out of the water.
Also remember that the turtle will eventually start attacking the fish.

Only if you've got a separater and the tank is at least 75 gallons. Otherwise... no because if you dont separate them, the turtle will eat the fish.. and if you DO it will be cruel to keep the turtle in anything smaller than 30 gallons... and more once it grows larger.

A turtle is, by nature, quite voracious and will likely try for the smaller fish in your tank. It will also graze on any plants that you may have in the tank. Turtles also pass a large quantity of stool that is highly ammoniacal and will upset the pH balance of your tank. Turtles are best not introduced to a fish tank even with large fish in it.

Better not. The turtle will eat the fishes. Unless the fishes are many times bigger. In this case the fish will eat the turtle.
In summary, fishes and turtles don't mix
