If you are refering to entire chromosomes, then we only have 1 possible as you put it "heterologs", which is the sex chromosome. Point to make, only guys are heterologous for the sex chromosome while women are homologous for the sex chromosome.

In fact we have none. Even the males sex chromosomes (X Y) are considered homologous, no matter that they are not the same size. Only if someone has only one X chromosome (when she has the Turner disease) can be considered non homologus.

guys have one....girls have none....and it is not HETEROLOGS...its "HETERO" OR "HETEROZYGOTE"..
