popularity is what you make of them.
the more you are jealous or talk about someone, they become more popular.
popularity doesn't exist in highschool/college. you have your friends, they have theres.
unless it is a group of snobby girls that guys always talk about. they will be considered 'popular' because they are always a topic.
but anyways popularity doesn't exist. it is only what you make them into.
having more friends doesn't mean you are more poplular. i'd rather have 1 best friend than many. plus having a lot of friends don't get all the attention so they will soon fade away.
i know that's the best answer.

I'm not in school any more, but I was surprised by how many people would know me because of activities I was involved in. I was into sports, football, track, and I wrote for the newspaper, and was involved with a few clubs. I wasn't particularly good with the grades (I was average). As for being popular, well...I don't know. I was known. I don't think I ever really gave it much thought. I just did my thing.

No, I don't think so. I'm quite shy and I don't make friends very easily. Are you popular at your school?

depends....what u think of popularity.?.....every one knew me....actually all who were not member of our 'group' were kind of scared that today our target for 'pranks' can be them! thankfully teachers did liked us ....as our "group" used to score well...in exams!
