i want to add songs from my friends ipod onto my computer how do i do that with out eraseing her ipod?

you can do that if the songs you want to get from her ipod were from itunes since itunes will now let you access purchased songs from at least 5 authorized (itunes) computers . if the songs were imported from cd's then no you can't do that .
