iam ready tocountinue my education becouse i have finnished high school and i can not afford to pay fees for university please help

I don't think you have finished high school and hope you learn how to spell and write first before you ask for scholarship.

You can continue your education in any country. You must contact scholarship awarding agencies like British Council. You have not mentioned your location, however, British council offer scholarships for students of almost all regions of the world. http://www.admissionglobal.com
