when i click the install button everything gets stuck except the desktop!
pls help me! can i fix it? can i ever play my game?

Maybe the CD is ruined or your computer might actually be working on the installation but it takes a long time. Check your system specs and see if they are up to the requirement of the game.

Try rebooting, this helps solve most problems.
Also visit Microsoft update and make sure you have the latest updates for your pc.....
If this doesnt help, your disk may be defective.....
