Do you have a restore point to restore to???
That maybe why, you just don't magically go back to an earlier date, you have to make a restore point first b4 u can go back.
If u never made 1 then u don't have 1 to go back to.
::: Peace :::

Sometimes when Windows updates the system what it updates cannot be undone. The only way to go back is by doing a complete reinstall of the operating system & set settings not to update auto-matically until you decide what updates are to be selected. That way you will be aware of those updates that prevent a restore to a prior date.
