If you in India in same state
ex: 9xxxxxx is the number
dial the 9xxxxxx as its
In India other state means
Put '0' 9xxxxxx put zero before the number
If you are in out of India
Then put 0091 9xxxxxxx
Put zero zero nine one (India code) for zero zero you can press '+' button for this
Note don't '0' before your mobile no. if you calling at out of the country

If that phone is from your place then just dial the number. If that phone is not from you place then dial '0' and then the number. The person who is receiving the call in Germany has to pay for international roaming calls.
