One who knows about web designing can't make complete web page, which are globally used?
One who knows web development can't create complete layout of the web page because we get knowledge of script language and other programming in?
For creating complete web page must have the knowledge of both (Web designing and Web development)?

Web designing : Design of pages for information only, does
not involve any applications, processing.
Required Skill : Flash for animation, Image editing like
photo shop etc and does not require any programming skill.
Web Development : Programs for web Applications, online
job search etc.
Needs more programming skill
Client Side: javascript or vbscript
Server Side : asp or jsp,servlets etc.
For sucessful web site both must be involved.

I can do both web designing and web development, I know many webmaster who do the same
