piece of cake:
it's just a titration-reaction that you follow by NMR !
You just have to integrate a peak for each compound you have inside the test tube (hopefully only 2, starting material a product)
And then you can calculate the percentage of the 2 compounds using the integral of the NMR to do a quantitative calculation.
IT's very easy, just do 1 NMR for calculated amount of reactant you put inside the testtube and then plot the titration curve.
