it's a old movie i'm not sure it has this girl who is in this forest with these very very large animals of the forest like wolves and bears... i think the forest is dying for some reason and the forest keeper or whatever is dying they have to save all i really remember is at the end its like all the white flowers falling all over the forest... it came on HBO or Cinemax when i saw... also it may not be that old i saw it like a couple of years ago in like 2000 but i can't remember the name if you can tell any thing from this short description let me know

I think it's Princess Mononoke.- A prince is infected with an incurable disease by a possessed boar/god. He is to die unless he can find a cure to rid the curse from his body. It seems that his only hope is to travel to the far east. When he arrives to get help from the deer god, he finds himself in the middle of a battle between the animal inhabitants of the forest and an iron mining town that is exploiting and killing the forest. Leading the forest animals in the battle is a human raised by wolves, Princess Mononoke. Does this description fit what your looking for?
