how many psi does it take to compress new valve springs if i use a air compresser?

it would depend on size of piston in the spring compressor tool and the strength of the springs. Most air tools are regulated at 100psi it should have a regulator adjustment on the tool to adjust up to the 100 PSI limit to get a fully compressed spring
