In the sims2: seasons how do the diffrent seasons affect your sim.?

For example in fall i think your sims skill building goes faster, thats the only 1 I know of so far anybody know the others?? Also i think in summer ur relationsships are boosted not sure though.

Winter: High family relationship
Spring: High boost of Romance
Summer: More friendship
Fall: Easier to have promotions for work
