What the character in the movie meant by that phrase is that he doesnt bend the truth to make it look like he is bad person. He tells it like it is regardless of what people think of him. He doesnt care if people judge him. He is confident of who he is and doesnt have to worry what people will say or if people will look at him the wrong way. In other words he is so honest that he doesnt lie. He does not talk BullS**T " im sure you can figure that word out" just to impress people. If he tells a white lie it is probably true. I hope i helped you to understand the phrase a little bit better.

You could attribute a similar meaning to the concept that we all live in our own version of reality. Montana's paradigm of "truth" lies within the context of his own reality.

hes 100% real truthful and honest all the time. what u see is what you get. unlike those people faking happiness and purity in the restaurant, he wears his emotions on the outside. he dont fake 4 nobody. hes from the gutta, and he knew that he neva acted as nuthin different. whether he had $2 or $2 million.

The easisest way to explain this is that this was at Tony's most coked up/paranoid period. I would take it as the ramblings of such a person.
