I think it's a pretty but strong name :)

Not at all common BUT not so unusual that when people hear it they will think its some exotic disease ..

Keira Rose is a lovely name

oh wow, i think it's absolutely beautiful!!!! Only drawback for me is that with Kiera Knightley being so huge at the moment, zillions of baibies called 'kiera' are bound to crop up. Two of my friends have just named their little girls Kiera, and my cousin's 3 year old is called Ciara, but pronounced the same way. But if that doesn't bother you, it's truely a beautiful, feminine name! (I named my daughter Jessica Taylor- I mean how common do you get? He he!) Kiera Rose- Love it!
