I got involved with a man who has a fiancee. I had
gonorrhea, and he had, too. I told him not to tell anyone, and we
self-treated it.
Then she found it out. She got tested and came back negative, yet she
is not threatening to sue me, and she is making scandal, and is
altogether nasty. She says she wants to sue me because she was pregnant then and it could have damaged the foetus.
Can I sue her back for harassment?

I think I saw you and your boyfriend and his fiancee and your lovely gonorrhea story on Jerry Springer. Just forget about it and move on.

Quit messing with a man who has another woman. Get your own man or tell him to decide between the two of you. She can't sue you if she had no damage. Why isn't she dumping the cheating B?

No
I think it is pretty nasty that you would get a treatable VD and not wait for it to clear up before having sex with someone. I think both of you are pretty irresponsible and too selfish for your own good. What if it were not treatable, like AIDS? What have you learned with this situation regardingt accountability, dignity, and self-respect? I think you need to reflect on your actions and motivations and leave this woman alone. Let this be a lesson learned.

I think we are a sue happy nation. And this is the apitmy of what sue happy means.

A lot of people use the word "sue" as a scare tactic.

If she takes this to court then you'd probably win bc of her own stupidity.

Why do you think she owes you anything! You sound disgusting. She should dump the guy like the trash he is, for being unfaithful (let alone getting an STD), and let you have him!
