And how did this network q and a list come to be...i have one fan on my list, how do i add more. maybe yahoo should inform and school us on these changes....

YOU can't "add" a fan, a fan CHOOSES to add YOU.
When someone chooses to "Connect" with you on their page, they are then your "Fan", and appear in your fan list.
I changed my pics with no problem this morning, so I don't know, just a glitch, I think.
