Asphalt paving, concrete and underground utilizes
Reason for Leaving: Offered position with start up company

Estimator/Project Manager
Asphalt paving, concrete, trucking
Reason for Leaving: Business sold
04/04 – 04/05
Estimator/Project Manager/Superintendent
Asphalt paving, concrete, masonry, and landscaping
Reason for Leaving: Went into business for self

All companies need your legal Identity!
depends what work you seek.
it is best to describe your monthly & annual work history!
If there is a non-work time lapse, you need to describe
your time spent! The more Stable your record, the more
Work Opportunity!
check your home area, You may not need to enclose your
Wages, generally, your previous wages are Legally your
own business! ( per hr. could be a bargining tool!!)
Each employer is entitled to check past employment.
Good references, Work in your favor!!!
Most employers seek a clean drivers abstract. if you drive
for a living, or not.
Do describe briefly your job "Expertise" Your Attributes to
Your New Position! Are you Management Potential ?
Be Proud to Politely 'Intro' yourself . be prepared to De-
fend Your Knowledge of Advanced Position.
Dress Appropriately for desired Position !
ps. This should have been 1st. sorry! Take time to Choose
What you want to do 1st. (dead-end jobs are too plentifull)

If I may recommend changing pertinent information and posting a generic version of the resume itself here, because how do we know you're not just collecting email addresses, no offense intended.

I would recommend using a resume template and/or getting some books on how to write award winning resumes
