You have to play the game cautiously. If you jump too much, people will start looking at that and not want to invest their time and money in training you or getting you acclimated to the new job.

At the same time, you need to watch out for you because a company always watches out for its self, not the employees. Anything a company does for the employees is done to benefit the company to make it competitive with other companies and be able to recruit and retain talent.

So, if you get an offer of 5% more it's probably not good for your career. If you get a 20% better offer, take it unless you are aware that you are up for a promotion and hefty pay raise in the near future.

it is not good because after some time no one believes you because of your this kind nature take at least one year in one company and get good exeperience make your position then you will get better pay in same company but first know about company all information it can ful fil your priority or not then decide how much time you want to spent if is it compatible with you so why you go any other company

No, You are already working in a standard and reputed company. You need not change for better pay to other organisation even though your remuneration in the existing organisation is not fetching and your prospects are bright in future.

Hi there....you should not switch companies only for better package..many other things should also be kept in mind such as Brand name, job profile offered...etc..
