Dubya Bush is certainly a "VERY QUEER" individual, but I believe in this sense "Queer" is an implication of sexuality, so why do they say that about Texans?

It's just a line taken from two movies that I know of, Officer and a Gentleman, and Full Metal Jacket, and people will use it for every state, so I really wouldn't pay much attention to it. I just heard someone recently say that New Jersey is now the "Homo" state instead of the Garden State. Go figure. Some people are just ignorant, that's all.

Hi Jock, I never heard this before. I think the saying is, everything is big in Texas. Maybe some old fart got drunk and try to pick up another guy thinking he was a woman. I guess with his red shot eyes and all the whiskey he drank, he did look like a gal to him... LOL... Just don't get drunk in Texas. You never know what will pick you up. LOL...
A Friend.

Beats me being a Texan myself? Personally, I always heard it said.............Everything is big in Texas. When you apply that to the anatomy of a "queer" as this saying implies........thats kinda funny!
