Someone brought me a new release from a store in San Francisco in 1964, "Time is on Your Side" by the Rolling Stones.
I grew up on their music for medicine, along with:
The man that trained my ear to listen to his ballads,
Bob Dylan with his "Desolation Row" and Sad Eyed Lady of the Low Land." I have all his LP's and his was my 1st concert.
Arlo Guthrie & his "Alice's Restaurant" makes me laugh still.
Smokey Robinson & Barry White made me dream love would
be just like their numerous hit songs. This music got me and
some draft dodgers through the last of the Viet Nam War.
Friends from Hi Sch'ls were coming home in a box.

The Grateful Dead
All of their music is beyond belief! I cannot pick one favorite song!
But there is a song named "Ripple" that is a classic.
