No.......Not at all.......You gotta tell her how you feel......She's acting rather hypocrite.
But about this going to church's stuff, you should consider it yourself and not to go only when you are forced to..........It's about you and God.

It's not morally right, but I would want my kids to go to church since I'm a Christian. Yea, she's trying to be a good and loving caring mom but showing it in a bad way.

My parents did the same way to me to go to a Christian Church and they're actually buddhist. I guess the reason they made me do that is because they think that going to church is some kind of therapy center.

I dont think its right for any parent to "force" their child to go to church (especially when they just laze around the house) but it is a good teaching thing for your child but the thing is that my mother "forced" me to go to church when i was younger and then we all eventually stopped going...then i found church again on my own and went on my own because i knew i needed it ...so no its not right but she may think it is because she now knows its right (even if shes not doing it) ...Good luck and God bless :-D

I don't think that religion should be forced upon anyone, tell your mum next time that you aren't going unless she is going to join you. Even then i would still refuse to go into the church, or i'd sneak out before it began. Religion is a choice and should never be forced on anyone.

no its not right, but often times in life, when you live with your parents, thats the way it is. do as I say, not as I do thinking. Besides, is church that bad? at least you get away from your mom for awhile.

If you think about it, would it be any better for her to allow you the option of being lazy right along with her?

Be appreciative of her efforts to expose you to whatever religion you practice. Also, she may want the house to herself sometimes...just a thought.

yeah kinda B.S. just ask her if you can do sumthing else on sundays fo you to give her her "ADULT" time or ask her why she doesnt go, stand up for your rights, dotn yell or be abusive, just stand up for ya self, make it shocking, just not abusive shocking. i mean church is good, i have beliefs, ALOT of beliefs, but i dont go to church, i have my reasons why i dont go, god knows why i dont, i talk to him when im alone all the time plus i ask him for alot and make him deals and he listens to me and we work things out. but what i really need to say is just sit her and ask her why she doesnt go. or take ya time fake sick at the last minute and investigate the entire situation.
