Singapore should be very safe and unless u are in a very old historical pre-war building, and the earthquake zone nearest to Singapore hit with a 9.5 on the richter scale, then maybe a bit of risk. Otherwise, u should be very safe. But in any case, if it really happens, do evacuate and move to a open space away from the building, don't hang around at the basement as there may be falling debris that could hit u. There is no need to panic and u can walk your way down the stairs, do not take the lift.

Singapore should be safe from earthquake. The tremours 2 days ago is just due to the earthquake at neighbour country. There is really no need to worry too much. If you feel unsafe in the building, just leave the building to an open space will do.

If you are in the apartment, then you should stand directly below the door frame and make sure they are made of steel. The other quick way is to sit under the working desk and make sure they are hard surface above. These are the only 2 practises in many part of the world. Avoid running out to open space unless you can get it there before the building can collapse.
If you don't bother than have a glass of wine!

stand in a door frame, it's got a steel "Header" in it for stronger support than the rest of the bldg., and less likely to collapse.
