nope there is a lockout so that this will not happen...if it does u have a problem and need to take it in for service

No. It's a Safety Feature.If it's Pushed "Really Hard" to the Point of Moving, something will Break ! It would be like moving the Steering Wheel with the Key out. It can be done, but something will Break.

YES..
You can do that without pushing the break pedal. When everyone learns to drive its a habit to push the break in. Its not good on the Transmission to not push the break so the habit is a good one and yes kids are known to get it from park to reverse without the break pushed in.

You must press on brakes before shifting, it's a safety device built into all cars today. If you force it you will pay.

What the heck are you thinking? you can only do that in a boat. Of course you can't shift like that, even in a stickshift that's a bad idea.

I think you need to reinforce your transmission, yet for the meanwhile use the parking brake.
