her, I'm actually seeing a woman on a diffferent time line then the one I started off in, and my wife is in another parallel universe with a different time line. How can I get my real wife back?

You need a considerable difference in speed to even notice the change in effects of relative time. If you think about it, Once she stops tho time would be slower for you, because you'd be the only one moving... Therefore you'd catch up... lol

Time dilation happens in our universe. It's nothing to do with parallel universes. You've still got your wife. But she's aged slightly compared with you. Keep moving to keep young.
