I was impressed with the acting and the script.

Its not a shameful thing for a man to cry, and the end of the day we are all human and have feelings.
I must admit some people do have stronger emotions and are more sensitive than others.
Personal I think a man who crys is a nice quality and does not display any form of weakness.

I started watching the movie on Austar because my husband was watching it again. I was drawn into the story. I thought a movie about a female boxer would be too unbelievable, so I did not want to watch it initially. Boy was I wrong. Bawled bucket loads of tears at the end. The relationship between the coach and the fighter was like adopted father and daughter. Wonderful movie. Most human thing to do when something touches your heart.

Its a great movie!! and yes its ok for a man to cry during a movie. It shows that you are in touch with your emotions and you are probably 1 step closer to understanding woman than your "cowboys don't cry" counterparts!

that was a real good movie. I did have tears. I am a cry baby for movies anyways. But I would reccommed it to be watche by others who have not seen it.

I won't ever see it...my roomate came home after seeing it and ruined it for me. Yeah I heard it was good...but now I'm going to have this stigma that I already know what is going to happen...
And tearing up for a movie as a guy is just fine...girls love it. :)

It was a very sad movie, and not in a phony soap opera kind of way. It was really tragic the way her family used her.
