im 18 anb i live in cali and i was wondering what experience i needed in order to work at a local bank ex: washington mutual, bank of america,wells fargo....anyone know what starting pay might be?

Starting pay is usually between 8-10 dollars and all the experience you need is cashiering.

Starting pay is around $9 an hour with full benifits depending on where in cali your at. They do all the training and then you get pay raises frequently.

i believe u would need ur accounting degree. u can go to school for just a couple months for that.it wont take long
