I rarely see starred questions anymore....

Because it's a totally useless feature - one of the stupidest features that Yahoo has ever introduced.

If the question is worthy of a star I give it. My starred list has only 35 on it. Probaly small compared to some.

l also see few starred questions. Everyone's in a hurry to type their answers that starring it is forgotten.

Because people are afraid of everyone knowing...i don't see the big deal..to me...if a question is worth answering..it is worth starring!
