i'm having a high-rise building project for my design class, it's supposed to have a non-typical activity ( 5000-7000 sqM). a TV station as a proposed activity. does any one suggest another special activity that give will my tower a special charachter?

A diving platform. You'd have to have a really deep pool on the ground and some way to prevent the combination of the momentum of the diver and the surface tension of the water to be deadly but it'd be a fun new use for a high rise! Maybe some sort of parachute that can be released before impact and/or a liquid with less surface tension in the pool.
Of course, it depends on what your teacher is looking for. This is certainly not a marketable idea.

How about a bowling alley and pool hall with a bar.
