I mean, suppose the Government found out, but decided to keep it secret to keep the entire world from mass panic, and just let the last day of life come like a silent raindrop as everyone went about with their own lives as usual, would that best? Or would it be better for everyone to decide what to do for themselves on the last day life?

I'd want to know.

It would be nice to have an absolute date when I know I won't live past. You can wrap everything up relatively neatly...

But I always like to know...

I want to know, because why would I want to go to work for the next two days if the world is ending. Also, I need time to try to weld together an impromptu starship. It's a long shot, yes; but I deserve the chance.

I would like to know as well so that i could die peacefully. Have a closure with my enemies and tell my loved ones how much i love them. weeee.
