Possibly. He's also been accused of having herpes. There's no doubt however that he's guilty of giving the Atlanta fans the finger. The media's bias was exposed when they didn't crusade against Vick for jumping about a mile over the line, but they continue to complain whenever TO puts one toe on the line.
However, there are some sure-fire pot heads among (former) NFL players. Quincy Carter was cut by the Cowboys for smoking pot and later went to jail. Now he's in the AF2 hoping to stay in football. Then there's Ricky "I retired to smoke pot and travel to the middle of nowhere, but the Dolphins sued me and made me return to football" Williams.
If Vick's convicted of the pot charges, he'll be suspended for 4 games unless the NFL selectively enforces its rules (wouldn't surprise me).

mike Vick has never been caugh smoking or had a dirty pee test every in the NFL i don't even think he has been in any legal trouble besides that herpes thing that was like 4years ago so people stop talking about but it i think you have him mixed up with Marcus Vick his lil brother who was caught with weed and there was no evidence of any illegal substance in a water you can look that no charges were filed becuz nothing was found so people stop hating becuz he makes more money then you

hah. funny story. one day when they were doing drug tests, he actually had some pot, and he actually changed his name to ron mexico, so the jerseys actually had ron mexico on the back. but the falcons didnt market them. yes this is actually a true story.
